Perched above Shuswap Lake in Celista BC, Where the Pines Return is a vacation home rebuilt after wildfire – a place defined by resilience, renewal, and a deep connection to its surroundings. Designed for clients living outside the region, the home was envisioned as a peaceful retreat where family and friends can reconnect with nature and create lasting memories.

Inspired by the surrounding forest and lakeside setting, the interiors embrace warm white oak, natural stone, and an earthy palette that feels timeless, calming, and inviting. Rather than following trends, every design decision was guided by longevity, creating a home that feels quietly refined and deeply rooted in its landscape.

More than a rebuild, Where the Pines Return is a celebration of new beginnings—a home that honours its past while looking forward to the years and memories still to come.
